Improv letters so far

One more to do then I'll do some 'made' fabric to join them up. Think they have come out a little on the big side but they should be OK.

Saw someone do this on last weeks Great British Sewing Bee and fancied a go. I'm doing a whole dress refashion that this is part of. The reveal soon hopefully.

Tent bunting done

The first lot for my very good friends is done, they are away soon in their tent so got it made up asap.  It should drape over the front, though obviously they can put it wherever,  I'm going to ask for a picture!  The tent is blue. Its made from old waterproof trousers,  an umbrella, kids storage hanger,  just things I had. The tape is the only purchase,  I'm hoping the red will tatter and weather to make it look even more vintage.

That should be enough to keep me going, really happy with the colour,  great ebay buy :)

An old umbrella

is being chopped up. It was a roadside rescue.  A few bits of plastic canvas are being chopped up too. The shape will tell you what its going to be......
