Two stars
I decided to make one big one and a few babies for some Christmas bunting. They are 60 degree diamonds. Happily sewing the babies to have stiff interfacing on the back.

Christmas sweatshop
This is the first project I can post up, the others will have to wait until boxing day until their recipients have got them.
This scrappy star is English paper pieced and I've yet to decide whether its flat or filled. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Porridge cosy
I often need to keep my brekkie warm until breakfast time. It got thermal batting and some extra fleece to keep it really warm. It works for 2 - 3 hours.
It was a little plain so it got an appliqued flower.

its a dead heat
I like both layout, the second one needs one more block making but I've the material left to do it so that's not a problem.
The material is a thrifted sheet that is going to be cut into blocks for the front and there will still be enough for the backing.
Time to sleep on it and decide in the morning.
Can't decide
The cross design looked a bit empty so I might have to revert to a more traditional design

Only one left to do before construction starts, I think I can remember the design I decided on. Now where is that bit of paper where I figured it all out.

An applique repair
A duvet cover had a hole, but nothing else wrong with it, I patched the back and then did a few bits on the front with some stitch & tear
