Wonky block and star ready to be sewn

I'm on the home straight, only a few more blocks to do before sashing and putting together the top. I'll then know how big it is and can order batting

with the top for DD's quilt. I had some 1930's embroidery to incorporate as it was the right colours but needed one more piece to even up the numbers so ....
